Goods in Transit Insurance covers your items while they are inside our truck during transport. This includes protection against major events such as truck collision, rollover, fire, and flood, up to $100,000 per truck.
Public Liability Insurance covers accidental damage to property during loading and unloading. This applies if walls, floors, doorways, or building structures are damaged while our team is carrying or moving items. Our public liability cover is $10,000,000.
For high-value items, additional insurance can be arranged upon request. This provides extra cover based on the declared value of the item and must be organised before the move takes place. Our team will discuss the item details with you in advance so the correct level of cover can be applied.

What Is Not Covered Under Standard Insurance
While our insurance offers strong protection, there are limits. Standard cover does not apply to items that are not packed or handled by our team, fragile items packed by the customer, or damage caused by poor access, pre-existing faults, or structural weaknesses in furniture.
